The dental treatment I received was fine and I have no complaints about it, but I certainly did not appreciate being spoken to by the dentist I had as if I was a naughty child, including that I’ve been lazy and in their words needed to be “told off” to get me into better brushing habits. It’s this kind of scolding that puts people off going to the dentist. There are ways of encouraging people to improve their routine to avoid more treatments in future without making them feel humiliated and small. I will note that I’ve had excellent and friendly appointments with different dentists there in the past, so I’m hoping this is a one off.

The dentist treating me was extremely helpful and friendly and took a long time to explain the results of the x-rays he had taken Absolutely excellent service

From the reception through to the dentist customer service second to none I had denture work done always had trouble over the years getting them to fit properly this dentist did a fantastic job would recommend this dentist to anyone very professional in what they do very friendly very clean what more can I say

Having not long joined this Dental Practice I can honestly say they have been so kind & understanding of my fears . I struggle really bad . But every visit has been a positive one & hopefully one day with there support my fears will disappear. Big thank you for your kindness. 😊
