I called this number Phone: 0300 247 1112 to book an appointment and guess what i got tired, over 1 hour and still no one answer. i went there and call number still ringing but no one answer and no one is busy . I don't understand why we can not go through in 5 min . something wrong either phone not working, or staff does not want to answer as they got tired
