I went to the surgery which I have been with for several years now & never had a problem with them. The new system is taking some time to get used to but like everything, it takes time. When I went in, all staff are great & work under great pressure. The doctor helped me with the issue and it got resolved once and for all.

I found my last visit at Westfield Road to be most professional. The reception staff was courteous & cheerful considering a difficult job. The doctor went above & beyond their role. I am completely satisfied with the service I received.
