   I've been a few times mainly for podiatry and all ok with service, but to make an appointment can be a nightmare in somebody answering the phone. A person can ring and ring and ring for a very, very long time without ever getting through. I don't understand it and usually have to go in person to make an appointment if can't get through. It has to change!
