Why do we not have an email or phone number on the NHS site for urgent contact. Very frustrating. It seems as if all efforts are being made to reduce patient contact to help manage NHS workload at the patients expense. We know you are busy people but we all are and we only usually need to contact you in the event of a prsonal issue or medical query. Please add a direct number or email to speed up contact.
