I arrived to my pre-booked appointment exactly on time. Filled in the form and everything as you have to every time you go in there. Was told to sit and wait as usual. About half an hour passed, I asked how long I can expect to wait, the receptionist told me that she would speak to one of the nurses as they were short staffed (always seem to be short staffed). 5 minutes passed and a nurse spoke to me and said the 2 doctors that they have are off with broken bones at the moment, and that we would have to re-book my appointment. Apparently an email was sent to everyone who had a booking to explain that the doctors were off. I didn’t receive any email, I’m fact I got a text reminding me to go in. How hard can it be to be a receptionist? To just tell me before I sit down that the doctors are not in? Angry is an understatement
