I recieved a call back from a lovely lady who asked if I need any help and offered to refer me to get extra support so some social prescriber She was really kind and even though the surgery was closed she went the extra mile to chase up my referal and provide me with feedback she called me back

I have been waiting for an ECG and a blood test at this GP for about 3 weeks, went for my appointment they made me wait long time and saying that the system was down. My appointment was rescheduled again for a week after. On Sunday evening around 9pm 4 days before my appointment they call me saying that they have to cancel the appointment and reschedule due the nurse family member passed away and there is nothing they can do but to reschedule after 2 weeks. These people don’t care about patients health and all they do is canceling and rescheduling appointments.I am really disappointed with the care they provide and I would not recommend this GP practice to anyone.
