I very much appreciate the staff at the Botox Clinic based at Short Heath. They have been seeing my aunt regarding treatment on her foot, but she has additional needs such as being hard of hearing, unsteady on her feet, and easily confused due to her age, all of which the team’s male specialist physio (I’m unable to mention names in the review) takes into consideration and is absolutely brilliant when conversing with her and explaining her care pathway and what to expect, and also when undertaking his assessments. He also remembers small non-medical details from previous visits which he chats about when making my aunt feel more relaxed ahead of her appointment when he sees her in the waiting area. It’s very much appreciated by my aunt, and also by me as her next of kin. The appointments never feel rushed, and the level of care is excellent.
