   Booked appointment sat 30mins past appointment time when asked if I had been forgotten about I was told my doctor was off sick ,why couldn't I have been told this when I first arrived and have my name etc.??? Rebooked for following morning only to turn up to a closed surgery!!!! What a shambles the sooner the NHS is privatised the better.
