   Doctors requested I make an urgent appointment. Dis-interested and dismissive receptionists gave 5 weeks to see a doctor, by which time I could be dead with my condition. The doctors and nurses are fine but getting past a receptionist, who thinks they’re a doctor, is impossible. This place needs a serious overall and replacing the receptionists with polite human beings would be a big tick.
