   Get there after 9, no reception staff on. Ring the bell (get no answer first time) to be told they don't open until 9.30 where online says they open at 9am. Wasn't allowed into main waiting area had to sit in the freezing cold front porch like area, can't say the staff were welcoming really. For what i was treated for i could have done a better job myself and i can't even see the area. Overall distressing really when everything about the visit and treatment given should be better it, it is what they have trained for so should be quite able to so.
