We used the site a few times and the experience is very unpleasant. I once needed to attend the clinic for 8am, they don't even open the door a few minutes early so people could have their appointments on time and a lot of people had to wait outside in horrible weather. It is the worst service I have had in NHS. Another time in Dec 2022, I asked for a copy of appointment letter after the appointment and the answer was simply rude "we can not do that" with no explanation offered.

I have multiple problem with a PCN with Euro Car Parks and when I call the centre they hide behind they are not responsible. Despite my following the correct process I am still left holding a bill for something that wasn't my fault. The Car park company even refuses to give a telephone number of someone we could possible talk to. This centre is responsible for providing health care services, but their parking arrangements is only adding to the stress of the patient. They need to intervene when the company that is providing this service isn't providing a service and ignoring the customer. They have a responsibility. I have been informed that the centre manager isn't interested in such issues and refuses to deal with the complaints. Terrible state of affairs....

disgusted with doctors left without my dosit boxes again these contain all my heart meds and diabetic meds and pain meds how they get away with the poor service is beyond understanding i have been having issues with my medication supplys for months and nothing changes to all those that read this do yourself's a favour and do not register for your own good health.
