   Been on wait on your phone system for 1 hour 30 minutes got down to 3rd place for you to hang up on me. Absolutely ridiculous, my grandads in urgent need of his medication which has been approved but the chemist hasn’t received them. Now my grandad has ran out of medication and I’m not going to get through to you today so I have to ring up again to put on wait list tomorrow and it’s unlikly that is all sorted tomorrow so how long is her going to go with out his meds.
