been on hold for 45 mins 3rd in que to get to no1 and then be cut off is so frustrating after contacting via anima to be told gp will call back but never did now im chasing the gp call?!!! what is going on with this practice it used to be so good... its impossible to get through to anyone or may be thats what they want for there patient's

The telephone service is virtually unusable but on attending the surgery I have always found the Receptionists very helpful. I have also always received entirely satisfactory attention from all levels of the medical staff. The surgery is going through a difficult period, facing conditions not all of which are under its control. I believe it is making efforts to meet the complaints it has received.

Attempting to phone pointless, rarely get through, Anima is dreadful, Which! rated it as the worst system available. I was told today it had been shut down for a few days as no appointments available. So, I went in person. It was obviously a nuisance to the receptionist as it interfered with her conversation. Unhelpful, uncaring, rude, caried on talking to colleagues and ignoring me. Tells me to come in at 8 on Monday morning to make a telephone appointment, or I could try ringing but unlikely to get through. The practice is an absolute disgrace. Used to be the best around, lovely receptionists, helpful, caring, friendly, efficient. Find another, has to be the worst around these days. The pharmacy is excellent though!

You can spend over an hour starting from position 25+ in the queue get to position 3 just to be put back in the automated system and placed to the back of the queue. With booking only allowed from 8am to 10 am that often means you caanot get an appointment and does not fit around those of us that work. If you dare go in person The desk staff are generally unhelpful and look at you as an inconvenience, I was told that they have so many patients that they cannot help us all. Not very comforting. I have a condition that is life long and requires making appointments as required. If you are looking for a Doctors go elsewhere, any where is better than here person

I have just sat on the phone for 31 minutes to speak to someone in general enquiries. I started at postition 2 in the queue and obviously got down to no.1....to then have the recorded male vocie come on to tell me that the maxium capacitiy of the queue had been reached and to please call again later....then a female voice tells me to hang up! I am calling this surgery in my work capacity on the behalf of an elderly service user who is not able to use the internet and so can not access their online systems. I'm shocked at how difficult it is to get through to talk to an actaul person at this and many surgeries!

This practice has got to be the worst practice in Peterborough. I have been registered at this practice all my life, 60 years ,the time has come to move practice. They never answer the phone and when eventually they do you can never get an appointment. We are an elderly couple and no time is taken to understand our concerns regarding our health and well being. The reception staff behave like they are totally fed up, they are unhelpful, not knowledgeable, and downright rude. When you actually get to see a GP they are generally ok. A complete overhaul is needed at this surgery. Poor poor service.
