I was discharged from Homerton Hospital on the 27th of December, they informed me that if I needed any help or advice at all I should contact my doctor which I tried to do on the 29th where I was informed I had be removed from there records when I asked why all I was told was you didn't answer the letter we sent regarding your screening when I pointed out I had received any letter all I got back was well you can't see a Dr here you'll have to find a new Dr. I have been with this practice for a number of years as well as my daughter and my husband we will all be finding a new drs. The way I was treated was disgusting when I needed a Dr. You need to make sure you find a way of reaching your patients better not only by letter but maybe an e mail or phone call not only by post as letters can be lost on route the the person.
