How can this practice keep going asking a elderly patient to register online when she doesn't even have a mobile let alone a email address Absolutely disgraceful behaviour by the receptionist

Long long call times 50 minutes 40 minutes. Then the computer system isn't working. No support in helping situation, like blood forms. Given unhelpful number of another surgery. I'm not poorly, I just needed a blood form but I feel for others, the elderly or poorly children. Not fit for purpose.
