    My appointment time is every Thursday at 9.15am. I have been let down 3 times. The practitioner didn't call. The 3rd time I called to see why I didn't receive a call, he has told them he tried to call me 3 times and left messages for me. He did not. I had my phone with me at all times, I was sat at home waiting for the call whilst feeding my baby. I really don't need this, it's not helping my anxiety at all. They seem to be making excuses up for him and trying to put the blame on me, asking if I've blocked his number.
