  1. Review titled Very helpful practice - just one area of complaint

Greenwich Time to Talk were swift in getting the right therapist and help to me. I did have to disclose quite a lot during the pre-assessment and perhaps that could change as the level of trust is not entirely there with a new person over the phone and yet you’ve disclosed everything. I was a new mother who was finding the journey tricky in the sense of separation once I needed to return back to work. The two therapists given to me (one for my emotional wellbeing and the other for support around my employment needs) really helped me to understand why I felt the way I felt. My only issue is that the sessions were not enough (especially the emotional therapy) considering every corner for me as a new mother right now is new and frightening. I’d have liked the sessions to have continued perhaps with longer gaps. However, thankful regardless that I was given the tools to best help me for now

  2. Review titled No help

I didn’t get very far, the assessment was an hour long, in this assessment, I opened up and discussed things i haven’t told anyone before, at the end, all I was offered was telephone and email therapy, even though I had already said that I had tried that therapy a few years prior, and, unfortunately, was useless for me, i then saw the summary that was taken during my assessment, I felt like this didn’t mention important things like the violent thoughts I have been having, nothing, no mentions at all, so then I just asked to he discharged.
