    I visited Parkway GP with my son on Sunday, 17th December 2023. The GP was very helpful and clear in explaining me why my son was showing signs of allergy on his face. I was asked to get his allergy test done by contacting my practice at East Croydon. Upon contacting my East Croydon practice centre, they could not locate any notes in the system mentioning my visit to Parkway GP. I believe the notes in the system are not reflecting which has caused my son’s subsequent appointment and allergy tests to be delayed. Please look into the matter to understand and explain me why the notes by the Parkway GP are not reflecting in the NHS system. Regards, Kazim

    Many thanks for reaching out to us, I have investigated your concern and can confirm that there was on this occasion a small error which had prevented sharing of your son's consultation notes. I have now rectified this and have liaised with your GP surgery to confirm details, and understand that a follow-up appointment has been made.
