The person I was with for my appointment today was wonderful. Sadly cannot say the same for the receptionist. Hugely rude and unhelpful. Absolutely not what you expect or want when showing up for a mental health appointment, to be made to feel like you’re an annoyance. A huge let down to the NHS and other lovely SABP employees.

Been trying to get an appointment for about 2 years as I'm still not discharged. Given medication and left to get on with it. Last appointment was cancelled on the day due to sickness. Rescheduled for today and no call came. Receptionist did not even know if the doctor was back to work. Very disappointed when you are just waiting and relying on talking to a doctor, especially in a time of hardship.

Informing the lady that I have an appointment today .. instantly giving attitude as I was unsure who I was seeing as it is a different person each time. I handed the lady my form in which she started coughing all over my form . I've been here a few times and each time the receptionists have attitude. Today was by far the worst. Both receptionists today are sitting on there own mobile devices.
