This morning (25/04/2024) I tried several times to contact this clinic via phone (01708435369). Not once was there any response. Not even voice mail!

Just had a community midwife calling me to bring baby in, I just got home last night after a c section and struggling to even speak, but apparently that doesn’t matter because because this is the procedure and that’s what needs happen, I need to arrange childcare for my other children and get myself down there, makes no difference the pain and whirlwind of emotions I might be experiencing as long as their targets are met, disgusting behaviour from those who are working so close to women in such a vulnerable position. Do better, stop causing unnecessary suffering and stress to new mothers.

i had to go to walk-in clinic to have knee x-rays done. i was seen within a couple of minutes and had a very calm and stress free experience. All the staff i encountered were lovely and very helpful.The radiographer could'nt have been nicer and was 100% professional,a lovely young man .Thankyou Fanshawes.

How do I book? No one answers the phone? I have a GP referral letter for an x Ray but there’s no way of booking other than phoning up and no one answers? What is one supposed to do?

I attended the clinic to make an x-ray appointment. The lady at reception immediately said hello and directed me to the X-ray department where I rang the bell as she had directed. Within a minute a polite young man came and took my form. A few minutes later I was called in and a young lady carried out the x-ray.

I have been trying for 4 days to call x-ray reception desk and no one answers, there is no email either. They got my address wrong, it went to my neighbour, so I missed my x-ray appointment once neighbour put letter through my door a week later. It was not my gp practice’s fault, they have correct address on their system and on the referral they did. I called bhr university hospital trust to get them to correct but they can only do Kings and Queens hospital, but not Fanshawe Centre. I have been ill for many days do cannot physically get there and I am autistic so all this is massively stressing me out as going round in circles. Answer your phones! You are leaving vulnerable people to suffer.

I am trying to get a chest Xray as instructed by my GP. Have taken 2 days off work so far and each time I've been told that 'weren't doing Xrays today' because the staff are absent. What makes this particularly annoying I'd the reception staff seem to find this funny, sniffling giggling as I ask when next they'll be available. Incredibly unprofessional, even by the extremely low standards of medical receptionists.

Came in for an x-ray. Those staff were amazing. However the lady at reception was insufferably rude. Blank face, doesnt even look up, on her phone. When i left i enthusiastically said thank you so much to her and she looked up and back down to her phone, completley ignored me and had a face like a slapped arse. She really needs customer service training and maybe some training in general human decency too.

Had an X-ray of lung. Visited 16. 09 22 for x ray. Lovely man I was in a wheelchair but he helped me very much.
