The staff are amazing at the clinic unfortunately for them this is the only walk in clinic available in the whole of Exeter so had a four and a half wait to be prescribed antibiotics.all the staff were friendly and very apologetic and the clinic is a great asset to Exeter but we need more clinics so they can do what they well with a lot less pressure on them . Well done to the team

I visited today with my son as he was experiencing severe knee pain. Not only did we get answers for why this may be happening, we got great advice and care. Unfortunately I cannot remember the paramedics name who we saw (tall, dark longish hair) - but he was fantastic, professional and kind. He was very good with my son who struggles with appointments due to his autism. Thank you!

This was my first time at St Sidwells Walk in Centre. Reception staff were welcoming & put me at ease. He explained the process and warned me of a 3 hour waiting time & booked me in quickly. The waiting area appeared clean, chairs comfortable, water available and clean accessible toilet nearby. The nursing staff were kind & efficient and despite being understaffed they took time to deal with my needs - I was listened to and did not feel rushed. In total I was there for 4 hours but I understand the NHS is working under tremendous pressure and it was a bank holiday weekend. I am so grateful for being able to access this service for free (including the prescription) when in pain & discomfort and not able to see my GP. Thank you.
