   received a letter asking me to contact the surgery so i spent 50mins waiting in a queue on the phone to get an appointment for 10:10am this morning. arrived at 09:55 waited until10:30 before i went back to reception to be told the nurse was looking at my notes so would be calling me soon. waited another 10 minutes until 10:40 when i had to leave as i had another appointment in sutton coldfield at 12:00. everytime i ring the surgery i have to wait in a queue for at least 30 minutes up to an hour or more

   This enabled a smear test to be carried out by booking an appointment rather than not getting through to the practice or getting caught in telephone queues.
