I attended for an echocardiogram on 28th September at 10.00 but the results of which have never been forwarded to my doctor. I have tried numerous times to ring the health centre but the telephone number on the website appears to be wrong and this is the only way I can contact you. I have asked my doctor to follow this up so that the results can go on my record.

Initially I was contacted and an appointment made. I was told not to come unless I received confirmation of the appointment - which never came. I tried for 2 days in advance to contact the center but non of the public facing numbers worked. On arrival, I was sat outside a room and a member of staff arrived who was more bothered about the door lock than being present and engaging with a nervous patient. The explanation (what the person bothered to tell me) of why I was there was totally different to what the booker led me to expect (seems they'd confused with procedure I would be having) and I was barely spoken to. When I mentioned the lack of communication, it was glossed over in that typical 'not my problem' approach and the person even had the cheek to say 'your welcome' when I left - as if they had given good service and deserved it in return. Location is good but that's it.
