    I am very unhappy with the service that has been provided thus far. I have been requesting my test results on numerous occasions and it has been extremely hard to get them. I have also requested for the results to be put on my NHS app and this has been impossible to organise. The impact of not being able to get my results and access them has been detrimental to my mental health and it is starting to really affect me. I would like a plan to be put in place to organise my test results and then some support on how to get them on my NHS app.

    Thank you for taking the time to highlight the areas of concern that you experienced at your accessing your test results and having your NHS app updated. Your comments have also been sent on to your GP practice.
