    My first appointment was on November 4th. I have requested face to face consultation because I think its very had to evaluate the condition of the skin just with pictures. I was denied for face to face consultation. After appointment doctor prescribed medicine and asked to take the sample of the skin and do a blood test. I have asked If I have to book an appointment my self or I will be called. I waited all the way to the January but nobody called. I had to call myself. Another virtual consultation when I requested face to face. On the consultation I said that medicine did not help, as I was thought (same medicine that my gp tried, I also told him that it did not help). I was told to do a exam, that I requested to do in during 1st consultation. When I asked about my samples that I took care and provided them - no proper answer. Now all the way from November 4 to the March 25th I finally got my first face to face consultation. But, for the first time in like 4 years I was late to the doctors appointment. I was late for 12 minutes. I always and I mean Always have to wait for my appointment for at least 10 - 20 minutes for my appointment. Sometimes even 1h, just waiting for doctor. And only because I was late for just for 12 minutes my consultation was canceled !!! Why is it ok for a doctors to delay my appointment for at least 15 minutes every single time and Im not allowed to be late for just 12 minutes??? Absolutely unacceptable! Plus from August 28 till November 4, my gp tried to solve the same problem. All this time and I still dont have diagnosis. I do not wish to waste my time with you anymore. I will make sure my relatives do the same.
