  1. Review titled Really positive experience

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 09 August 2023

I had an appointment in the Audiology Department today which was a really positive experience for me. The member of staff who I saw was extremely pleasant and very helpful. I was able to discuss my hearing difficulties in detail and how these were affecting my life. A first class experience. Thank you.

  2. Review titled Wonderful inclusion of a patient with Down's Syndrome

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I work with a gentleman who has Down's Syndrome who finds the hospital extremely hard to process. After numerous chest infections it was thought a chest x-ray would be a useful diagnostic tool. After a few failed attempts I spoke with both reception staff members who facilitated my patient being seen immediately on arrival and the clinicians were able to complete the process with dignity and compassion. It was a remarkably smooth process for someone who becomes very distressed in these situations. Many thanks.

Good afternoon, Thanks for your feedback. Please can you confirm which hospital this was so we can ensure this is passed onto the relevant team? Kind regards, Patient Experience Team
