From the receptionist to the health care the ANP and the doctor My dad and I were treated with the up most respect with dignity and kindness My dad was listened to and allowed time for questions The ANP was outstanding his knowledge was excellent and was extremely thorougher We were seen quickly and the service was efficient Please feedback this information as our healthcare professionals tend to hear about complaints and not about the good work they do So thank you all

Little wonder the NHS is hemorrhaging monies and staff! What is so difficult in giving important test results to patients at the time and date promised? What is so difficult in making your contact details available for the patient to retrieve said results .... 5 days post promise. Not so wonderful nhs.

Thanku so much for your caring practice I l can certainly recommend this clinicrecently went for my pre op assessment. The staff were absolutely wonderful. I was received with pleasant staff and both nurses were extremely efficient and so professional. The facilities were also very well set out. I can certainly recommend this health care centre.
