   I went in for an enquiry about an appointment. The Staff there, especially the lady at the reception for booking was rude and intimidating. She was not helpful at all, she kept sending me back and forth to a different area. I tried to explain my situation but she dismissed my concerns. I am so upset and angry and would not recommend this place. I would replace the reception with a different Person who has more empathy for others and is more approachable. The reception lady with short hair is not a nice person at all.
