Saw a Dr today brought some of my medical records to prove a diagnoses and medication I was given years ago because duty officer wouldn't believe me .Dr was very nice explained new meds and took a copy of my record.can't ask for anything better

Saw a new Dr there who wrote down everything I said which was good but I could also see her notes from previous people, then at the end of the appointment which was arranged by my gp to change meds she said she couldn't changed or add medication ,she had to discuss me in a meeting the following week.

Having waited for the service to contact me and hearing nothing. I eventually received a phone call from a lady who was incredibly, rude, triggering and basically shouted down the phone to me about having to wait for treatment. The number was withheld and the lady was very uncaring. So triggering and upsetting for someone with severe mental health issues Really terrible service
