    Staff were all very kind and compassionate. All took the time to get to know me the best they could in the short time I were there. I had a few complications in between treatments (not the fault of BPAS) and all of the staff were amazing in caring for me and making me feel as ease in such difficult circumstances.

    I attended today for my termination and was extremely upset, the staff were so friendly and couldn’t be more caring, the procedure was uncomfortable but manageable, please don’t be scared you will be ok the staff really will look after you

    My appointment was at 930 its now 1230 no one as come to me and updated me on my situation its very stressful place to be and seeing other people going through the same as myself . To keep you waiting for so long to go though this procedure is upsetting . You close at 6 I am suppose to take a tablet 1 hour before and 3 hours later nothing or no one as come to me it's like I am doing wrong . I travelled from oldham to get here on time too . ... just found out was meant to do a swap and not had that do yet either . Really!! do not come here !! Update its now 13.40 after 3 attempts to see what's going on they finally said someone will come and see you soon!! . Considering I was here before most . Update 1500 So finally I am recovering not eaten from 9pm on the Thursday its now Friday 1600 I am so upset by the way I was treated , receptionist were great but from there I was a no body . I made a mistake and I was punished by bpass . Thank you for making my day the worst day ever !!!!
