Staff was very rude and always have been! Went in to collect a prescription for pain relief which was requested by 111 due to recent surgery and they said they didnt have anything! After multiple times spelling out my name still got it wrong! The woman was very rude claiming I didn’t need them as wasn’t on my GP record but I had to explain 3 times and show my hospital discharge letter and she asked if she could access my medical records to see if I was being honest. After all of that they said they had my prescription and wasn’t a problem after myself and my mother had been spoken to as if we wasn’t adults and didn’t know what we was talking about! Would not recommend at all as they take forever to get prescriptions in and sometimes will miss medications in your prescription and not tell you and tell you to go somewhere else. Rude staff Very slow
