   I was texting on Monday to state that my repeat prescription was in the process of being dealt with, now it is Wednesday and I the client I’ve had to chase them up to see what is going on and told that they haven’t got my heart Tablets! It would’ve been helpful if they had told me this then I could’ve taken my prescription somewhere else as I now have run out of heart tablets (Rivaroxaban) There is no excuse for not being able to communicate with a client.
