  1. Review titled Superficial and inaccurate

by Antonella Vecciu - Posted on 27 March 2024

Last 20/03/2024 I had an endoscopy in order to double check if my eosinophilic esophagitis was still there. The doctor only did the gastroscopy without any biopsy. The only way to know if there is still the eosinophilic esophagitis is do a biopsy to the esophagus. Unfortunately it hasn't been done and now I have to repeat it again! Unbelievable superficiality and unprofessionalism. I will chase the doctor that did it.

  2. Review titled Wonderful team

From beginning to end of the process, every individual in the team was clear, considered and completely understanding. Although it's an uncomfortable procedure, they made me feel safe and calm and as relaxed as possible. Really felt like they cared and very professional.
