the new manager who has joined Independence with care this year has really turned things around. He ensures things are dealt with in a timely manner, is polite, happy to see the people being supported and seems to work all hours. He seems to be making the place a happy to place to work and for my relative to live in. I'm happy in his leadership so far. I will say that he always seems to be busy, but he isn't unapproachable, he makes time for everyone, service users, family members and staff from what I have witnessed.
