We visited someone we know and we're not made welcome at all. We were not even offered a chair to sit on. This place is very depressing and needs decorating throughout and new furniture is badly needed. The poor residents deserve better especially for the money being charged. There seems to be very few staff for the number of residents. Staff not welcoming to visitors.
