Think the title says it. Our cousin was in and needed palliative care which was exceptional and could not have asked for more. Now Mam is in 92 years old getting her nails painted. Staff could not be more attentive. We are more than pleased people like them exist and go over and above what they actually need to done. Well done Team and Thankyou.
