   Staff are friendly but not once while I was visiting did my father get offered a drink or anyone come to check on him I was appalled by the cleanliness of the bathroom had just been cleaned a vent was off the wall and on the fall so big hole in the wall also urine stains all down the front of the toilet curtains was dirty bedding was really poor felt ashamed of having to leave him there
