   My brother has been at Oaklands for 5 weeks, his care needs are highly complex, I have found the manager and staff have gone far beyond in their care for my brother, making him comfortable and treating him with the utmost gentleness. Staff have difficulties treating my brothers deteriorating health, but they treat him with great respect, and loving care that brings tears to my eyes. I cannot recommend this facility more highly. My brother is in palliative care there, and for us his family we are relieved he’s in a safe caring environment.
