Some carers were absaloutly fabulous, but I can only count on one hand in our short time using this care team, the other carers I wouldn't leave to look after my dog, unable to use machine or slings correctly, rude, obnoxious and some looked like they couldn't be bothered to be there, very unsafe practices in handling and major training needed to be done Mar sheets not correctly filled in and staff wouldn't do meds if not on sheet Complained multiple times and never heard back from management when finally heard from them management were rude, and hadn't heard of complaints, so terminated contract with them with immediate effect, (they picked that email up straight away as didn't get care that night) soncan only imagine they avoid negative feed back would avoid at all cost, don't waste your money Feel sorry for the staff on the front line and they seemed to of had enough of bad management practices too

Some of the carers were great but some were rude, broke and damaged things with no apology and couldn’t work out how to cook a simple meal. Times were not stuck to and were all over the place, hours late sometimes without letting me know. The woman who works in the office was very rude to me on the phone and didn’t seem to care about what I had to say. Very dissatisfied with this company.

I am not happy when my times get changed without being informed, I could have other appointments. Some staff wear their masks under their chin and don't like being told to wear them properly because my immune system is weak. Some cut the time I'm allowed by quite a lot. A half-hour call shouldn't be cut to 5-8 minutes.

Reliable but minimalistic service. Many different people visit my brother, so there is no chance to build up a relationship with anyone. Although social services allocated additional time to Wednesday, so Nobilis can ensure my brother has a shave/bath, this does not happen. Previously it did when my brother had a regular person visiting him, but she left and now it does not happen.
