   My mum-in-law had to go into the Jah-Jireh care home a year ago. It was very difficult for us to hand over care of her to others. The care staff are absolutely wonderful. They not only provide excellent care, they treat the residents with compassion, dignity and respect. We have witnessed the level of love and care shown to other residents while we've visited our mum....it's truly humbling and beautiful to see. We're very grateful to see how well mum has adjusted and settled so well. Sometimes we have rang the care home and no-one has been available to answer the phone which can be frustrating, but when we've been visiting the home we realised that all the staff are busy caring for the needs of the residents and not sat around deliberately ignoring the phone as we've seen in other areas of Health Care... Be patient, try calling at different times, they will do their best to answer.
