I find the staff and anyone else I need to communicate with. Perfectly capable of handling any of my queries and issues regarding my care, They both respect and understand any issue and handle it with the utmost discretion that I have ever raised about my current situation and illness As an overall service I find them highly effective in all areas regarding myself

Very satisfied with all aspects of the care we receive and if there are any problems, they are dealt with swiftly and efficiently. No complaints.

Service is reliable. Detailed instructions on how to find my house are not passed on to new carers though.

When I get to know them all a bit more I will have more idea of how it is all going. So far, very good, very friendly and cheerful. I like them all, a nice variety of people to chat to. being 91 years old this coming October, I hope they all find me kind, pleasant and are very happy to see me. My father said he was happy with the carers who visited him whilst I was away. They offered to help with anything and made sure he had everything. I liked the Birdie App which I was able to access whilst I was away.

We have been with Helping Hands since May 2022, excellent care was given to my Mum at all times. Always on time, the team gave suggestions to help with Mum's care, all very professional. My Mum receives the best care at home, couldn't ask for better carers, and can't thank them enough for all they do for both of us. Such great support and nothing is too much trouble. We will never be able to thank you enough.
