How to even begin? I was sold a false promise that staff would meet my care needs, I’d have a team of my own and consistency. What I actually got was a rotating cast of strangers many of whom spoke no English. Every task was too big for them. Staff repeatedly made me feel uncomfortable using my personal items and being inappropriate. Rather than work on any difficulties Greenshoot prides themselves in abandoning disabled clients with no care. Staff turnover is high, everyone with genuine compassion leaves due to the state of the management. All reviews on Google are staff members who were prompted to leave reviews via email. I cannot say clear enough- avoid this company.
