Good visits, great planning and coordination of care. Good rapport with client, carers have learnt key words to communicate with client. Huge benefit to well-being since care began. Client looks forward to visits, knows names of the Muslim carers. All religious care is provided, they take time to recite Arabic at prayer times to be inclusive. Great relationship built with wider family whilst providing 4 visits a day
