   The lack of communication from this place is awful. No feedback, on residents no follow ups, no returning of phone calls as promised. They do as little as possible and dont come across as caring or compassionate. When you dare to ask questions about the care of the resident. they become quite patronising and defensive. They need to realise us asking about a person in their care is not a negative. Its about us caring and being concerned, its not a criticsm. We have every right to be concerned about our loved ones, something they need to understand. Also the nurse rolling her eyes between her and another member of staff in front of the visitor who is asking the nurse a simple question is totally unprofessional. They just do the bare minimum. I would never recommend this place to anybody.
