   I was welcomed and praised for my knowledge and experience a great deal, coming from a an agency but suddenly due to false accusation and unfair management I was refused to return without any chance of explanation following this they did not respect confidentiality as management shared information I shared with confidence as a result I left my agency with distress causing my mental health to deteriorate. Finally when working there they complained about all the agency staff but they still use the same agency which i don’t understand
