Management are poor. Do not read patients needs, lose paperwork. Food is very lacking. Spicy curries , Indian selections and only main meal is lunch . Tea time is carn loaded and cheap food, 1 piece pizza and a dozen oven chips , hot dog and sausage rolls . Overloaded puddings and Indian buffet which is onion baji and some pastry square with spicy sauce in. No nutrional value in most of the meals . Dementia floor is shabby , but out out of sight , miserable living room with no stimulation in complete comparison to the ground floor. Activities non existent for dementia patients. Mixed level of care ability with some staff just ignoring signs left with instructions. Clothes regularly go missing . I would not recommend at all.
