A very caring, professional provider whose staff are friendly and supportive. Always punctual, helpful and responsive to my needs and requests.

Times are constantly being changed from times that have been emailed the previous day - very early am I informed, I end up calling - sometimes still I am in my nightwear at lunchtime, no problems with the actual carer sent to help me but I find the office organisation is very poor.

I am so fed up with very late calls which happen all throughout the week. I am hoping something can be done, I'm up at 7 am every morning so a nice early morning I would be pleased with, also I do have quite a lot of appointments for different things. Many thanks.

All helpers I have had provided have been efficient, helpful and reasonably enthusiastic. All requested tasks have been completed within time to an acceptable standard. My only problem as far as BS Care is concerned is that it seems impossible for them to start anywhere near the time I originally asked, that is between 10.30 and 11.00 which I understand to be due to the time allowed between jobs.

I find the staff helpful. The receptionist on the telephone is very polite and answered my questions and arranges appointments well.
