My mother moved into the home back in April 2023 with dementia and parkinsons. We were obviously a little apprehensive at first. She 'lives' on the second floor receiving residential care. The manager really cares about the residents. She recently organised a garden party, which was attended by dignatories in Manchester. All the residents were outside in the sun for a couple of hours. It was awesome to see how the staff organised themselves to ensure the residents, both able and those requiring full assistance were able to be in the gardens. The home is clean with caring staff who look after our mother. They all have a lovely manner and always respond to our requests. My mother is treated with dignity and respect. The Manager goes above and beyond to ensure she is comfortable, which in turn makes us feel comfortable that she is being looked after.
