My brother and I would like to say a huge Thank You to you and your team. The care and attention you have given mum has been outstanding. When mum was unwell, your carers liaised with mums doctor and emergency services which enabled me to travel to meet the emergency services The carers notes have given me information about mums care, mood and any health issues, which I have found immensely helpful as I am so far away.

We were very pleased with the excellent care my mother received from your lovely careers. They were reliable, kind, friendly and punctual and used their common sense . Mum enjoyed their company in her flat. I liked being able to monitor her care through the easy to use app. It was always easy to contact the office if I had concerns and they contacted me immediately if there was a problem and quickly put in extra care when she needed it. Thank you Bluebird.

Very understanding. My father who was very reluctant to have extra help, has said all the carers have been excellent. That’s a great compliment as he’s a man of few words.

All the carers have been so lovely and helpful. Bluebird have really helped us with extra cover at very short notice. The office staff are very helpful and efficient
